ABSTRACT
Melanoma, the most prevalent form of skin cancer, is primarily treated with surgical intervention. However, complete tumor cell removal challenging, and wounds are prone to infection, complicating treatment increasing costs. The successful melanoma generally requires multifunctional agents that coordinated in therapy wound healing. In this study, we developed platinum (Pt)- selenium (Se)-based nanozymes, Pt-Se@Chitosan (PS@CS), which exhibit synergistic antitumor bactericidal efficacy attributed their multienzyme activity strong photothermal conversion efficiency. Furthermore, engineered PS@CS hydrogels capable inhibiting regrowth postsurgery accelerating healing infected wounds. presented herein incorporate characteristics including catalytic therapy, antibacterial properties, damage healing, providing an innovative comprehensive therapeutic approach for treatment.
