ABSTRACT
Multiplexing, one of the main trends in biosensors, aims to detect several analytes simultaneously by integrating miniature sensors on a chip. However, precisely depositing electrode materials and selective enzymes distinct microelectrode arrays remains an obstacle massively produced multiplexed sensors. Here, we report "drop-on-demand" inkjet printing process fabricate biosensors based nanostructured conductive hydrogels which material kinds were printed employing multinozzle system. The whole can be finished within three rounds only round alignment. For page sensor containing 96 working electrodes, took merely ∼5 min. assays glucose, lactate, triglycerides real time with good selectivity high sensitivity, results phosphate buffer solutions calibration serum samples are comparable. exhibited advantages efficiency accuracy, opens substantial possibilities for massive fabrication integrated human health monitoring.
