ABSTRACT
Trypsin is one of the most important enzymes digestive system produced by pancreatic acinar cells. Abnormal trypsin activity will affect function, resulting in corresponding pathological changes human body. Herein, we present a strategy based on ensemble novel dual warhead probe HPC-ESF and natural substrate bovine serum albumin (BSA) for detection including real urine samples. The β-arylethenesulfonyl bearing nonemissive when dissolved aqueous solution but becomes highly fluorescent upon conjugation to BSA through covalent bond formation with nucleophilic amino acids create HPC-ESF:BSA sensing system. complex can be hydrolyzed presence trypsin, which results distinct fluorescence decrease correlation concentration thus allows trypsin. Compared previous methods, our approach simple prepare reliable. Our work provide different avenue researchers design sensors labeling strategy, enriching small library functional groups available such applications.
