ABSTRACT
Perovskite-based tandem solar cells are promising candidates for industrial applications. This study demonstrated perovskite/silicon devices based on a conventional Si homojunction device configuration employing tunnel oxide passivating contact to improve the voltage. Moreover, we fabricated it without deposition of recombination layer large area while showing possibility applying industry market. cell exhibited power conversion efficiency 17.3% and high voltage 1783 mV 25 cm2 active area.
