Two-dimensional (2D) nanosheets have attracted significant attention in photovoltaic devices recent years owing to their outstanding photoelectric properties. Herein, 2D α-In2Se3 with high conductivity and suitable work function are synthesized by liquid-phase exfoliation method. To ameliorate the low of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) (2.21 × 10-3 S cm-1), directly added into PEDOT:PSS obtain PEDOT:PSS:α-In2Se3 composite film.
