ABSTRACT
The metal nodes, functionalized ligands, and uniform channels of metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) are typically utilized to regulate the catalytic properties nanoparticles (MNPs). However, though ligand functionalization could impact nodes channels, which might further activity selectivity MNPs, related research in design MNP/MOF catalysts was usually neglected. Herein, we synthesized a series Pt@UiO-66 composites (Pt@UiO-66-NH2, Pt@UiO-66-SO3H, Pt@UiO-66) with slightly different organic enhanced steric hindrance contributed multipathway electron transfer selective hydrogenation linear citronellal. toward citronellol gradually improved along increased size functional groups (hydrogen, amino groups, sulfo groups) on provided by channels. In addition, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy measurements also revealed that electronic state Pt NPs regulated through from between ligands NPs/metal nodes. Our proved altered physiochemical together managing performance multi-pathway transfer.
