ABSTRACT
In the pipeline transportation process for crude oil, most important and popular maintenance method perforated ruptured oil pipelines is replacement of damaged segment. However, this has several disadvantages, including a complex process, large time consumption, excessively high costs. The present study reported preparation strong cross-linking hydrogel that served as temporary blocking material during long-distance partial process. prepared product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis, scanning electron microscopy to analyze microscopic reactions structures. Orthogonal experiments shear stress were performed determine optimal synthesis condition. relevant indicated proposed can effectively isolate gas, 4.5 m long resist force 0.57 MPa overpressure. blocked turned dredged state on changing pressure. flame resistance experiment showed exhibited excellent could therefore ensure safety hot work. On basis material, new replacing partially proposed.
