ABSTRACT
Fabricating antibacterial hydrogels with antimicrobial drugs and synthetic biocompatible biomimetic is a promising strategy for practical medical applications. Here, we report bicomponent hydrogel composed of polyisocyanopetide (PIC) photodynamic membrane-intercalating conjugated oligoelectrolyte (COE). The aggregation behavior aggregate size the COEs in water can be regulated using PIC hydrogel, which could induce higher reactive oxygen species (ROS) production efficiency increased association toward bacteria, therefore enhancing efficiency. This provides facile method developing high capability.
