ABSTRACT
We report the large-scale transfer process for monocrystalline CsPbBr3 thin films prepared by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) with excellent optical properties and stability. The is robust, simple, effective, in which could be transferred to several substrates effectively avoid or physical fabrication processes damage perovskite surface. Moreover, endows atomically clean electronically flat interfaces. utilize this realize optoelectronic devices, including a photonic laser threshold of 61 μJ/cm2, photodetector responsivity 2.4 A/W, transistor hole mobility 11.47 cm2 V-1 s-1. High device performances mainly originate from low defects high-quality single-crystal seamless contact between target substrates. nondestructive provides promising opportunities applications based on perovskites.
