ABSTRACT
The excess production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) will delay tooth extraction socket (TES) healing. In this study, we developed an injectable thermosensitive hydrogel (NBP@BP@CS) used to treat TES formulation incorporated black phosphorus (BP) nanoflakes, recognized for their accelerated alveolar bone regeneration and ROS-scavenging properties, dl-3-n-butylphthalide (NBP), a vasodilator aimed at enhancing angiogenesis. vivo investigations strongly demonstrated that NBP@BP@CS improved healing due antioxidation promotion by BP nanoflakes. sustained release NBP from the promoted neovascularization vascular remodeling. Our results designed provided great opportunity not only ROS elimination but also osteogenesis angiogenesis, reflecting "three birds with one stone" concept, has tremendous potential rapid
