ABSTRACT
Epidermal electronics employed on human skin for the long term require good breathability and nonforeign wearing. In this work, we combine phase separation spray coating to fabricate a porous ultrathin electrode within minutes as well micrometer-scale pressure sensors. The resulting electrodes show water vapor transmission rate of 18.4 mg·cm-2·h-1, sheet resistance 5.2 Ω/sq, thickness below 5 μm. introduction biogel further reduced electrode-skin impedance, which is lower than that commercial gel electrode, indicating can have high degree conformal contact with skin. epidermal prepared by strategy exhibit an excellent performance in force sensing. Such results strongly prove efficiency practicality strategy.
