ABSTRACT
An amphiphilic surfactant, oleamide, was applied to dope the PCBM electron transport layer (ETL) of inverted structure perovskite solar cells (ISPSCs), resulting in a dramatic efficiency enhancement. Under optimized oleamide doping ratio 5.0 wt %, power conversion CH3NH3PbIxCl3-x perovskite-based ISPSC device is enhanced from 10.05% 12.69%, and this primarily due increases both fill factor short-circuit current. According surface morphology study perovskite/PCBM bilayer film, improves coverage ETL onto layer, beneficial for interfacial contact between Ag cathode consequently cathode. Such an improved induced by further evidenced impedance spectroscopic study, revealing prohibited electron–hole recombination at interface
