ABSTRACT
The fluorescent N-doped carbon dots (N-CDs) obtained from C3N4 emit strong blue fluorescence, which is stable with different ionic strengths and time. fluorescence intensity of N-CDs decreases the temperature increasing, while it can recover to initial one decreasing. It an accurate linear response temperature, may be attributed synergistic effect abundant oxygen-containing functional groups hydrogen bonds. Further experiments also demonstrate that serve as effective in vitro vivo fluorescence-based nanothermometer.
