ABSTRACT
Engineering of photonics for antireflection and electronics extraction the hole using 2.5 nm a thin Au layer have been performed two- four-terminal tandem solar cells CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite (top cell) p-type single crystal silicon (c-Si) (bottom by mechanically stacking. Highly transparent connection multilayers evaporated-Au sputtered-ITO films were fabricated at interface to be point-contact tunneling junction between rough flat cells. The stacked cell with an optimized structure was ⟨perovskite top cell/Au (2.5 nm)/ITO (154 nm) stacked-on ITO (108 nm)/c-Si bottom cell⟩. It confirmed best efficiency 13.7% 14.4% as devices, respectively.
