ABSTRACT
The low-cost large-scale fabrication of microlens arrays (MLAs) with precise alignment, great uniformity focusing, and good converging performance are importance for integral imaging 3D display. In this work, a simple effective method polymer using screen printing has been successfully presented. results show that the MLAs possess high-quality surface morphology excellent optical performances. Furthermore, microlens’ shape size, i.e., diameter, height, distance between two adjacent microlenses can be easily controlled by modifying reflowing time size open apertures screen. neighboring almost tangent achieved under suitable time, which remarkably reduce color moiré patterns caused stray light blank areas in display system, exhibiting much better reconstruction performance.
