ABSTRACT
Skin injuries caused by burns or radiation remain a serious concern in terms of clinical therapy. Because the damage to epidermis dermis, angiogenesis is needed repair skin. Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) one most effective factors for promoting and preventing injury progression, but delivery VEGF lesion sites limited skin barrier. Recently, gold nanoparticle (AuNP)-mediated drug into through dermis has attracted much attention. However, efficacy AuNP-mediated transdermal remains unknown. In this study, nanoparticles were conjugated with generated surface carrying negative charges, showing an ideal wound repair. Our findings may provide new avenues treatment cutaneous injuries.
