ABSTRACT
Dithiocarbamate (DTC) pesticides are widely used for fruits, vegetables, and mature crops to control fungal diseases. Their residues in food could pose a threat human health. Therefore, surface-enhanced Raman scattering-based (SERS-based) sensor is developed detect DTC because SERS can provide the characteristic spectrum of avoid use molecular recognition probe sensor. For acquisition high sensitivity, good anti-interference ability, robustness sensor, silver nanocube–reduced graphene oxide (AgNC–rGO) sponge devised. In AgNC–rGO sponge, rGO sheets form porous scaffold that physically holds AgNCs, which create narrow gaps between neighboring leading formation "hot spots" SERS-signal amplification. When coexist with aromatic sample matrix, selectively preferential adsorption on Ag surface surface, effectively eliminate interference signals pesticides, facilitate qualitative quantitative analysis pesticides. The shows great potential as substrate selective detection
