ABSTRACT
Doped graphite-like coating (GLC) has aroused great interest as one of the most promising protective materials in marine applications. However, there is a lack systematic research on tribocorrosion and antifouling performance doped GLC coatings harsh environments. Herein, multifunctional (Cr, Cu)-GLC with combined properties was prepared via magnetron sputtering method. The experimental results indicate that resultant changed from dense structure to loose columnar increment Cr Cu doping amount. At same time, hardness gradually decreases, but contact angle between seawater increases. algae adhesion test reveal density surface decreases about 565 70/mm2 amount increased. contrary, friction coefficient under OCP condition increases 0.06 0.35. Overall, mild exhibits best comprehensive properties, combining properties. corresponded mechanisms are discussed terms microstructure, antifouling, behavior.
