ABSTRACT
Ternary transition-metal chalcogenide nanosheets have shown great potential in diverse applications owing to their intrinsically amazing properties with a broad tunable window. Direct preparation of water-soluble and biocompatible ternary for theranostic application remains challenge. In this article, we prepared Cu–Fe–Se (CFS NSs) an aqueous solution under ambient conditions by sequential coprecipitation method. They were functionalized anticancer drug doxorubin (CFS@DOX) through electrostatic interactions labeled radioactive isotope 99mTc surface coordination effect. The resulting size 70 nm thickness 5 nm, can be well dispersed water, phosphate-buffered saline, 10% fetal bovine serum, 0.9% NaCl excellent colloidal stability. also exhibit high photothermal conversion efficiency 78.9% vitro vivo photoacoustic imaging therapy. isotope-labeled (99mTc-CFS used single photon emission computed tomography/computed tomography quantify blood circulation time (∼4.7 h) biodistributions major organs, which follow order liver > bladder lung spleen heart kidney. DOX-functionalized chemotherapy cancer exhibited efficacy. Our research shows the promise metal combined therapy cancer.
