ABSTRACT
The resistance of tumor cells to anticancer drugs has become one the principal causes failure in clinical chemotherapy. To overcome this issue, developing feasible drug delivery systems for effective cancer therapy is urgently needed. In work, we construct an amphiphilic self-delivery system consisting Taxol and tyroservatide (YSV) resistance. carrier-free supramolecular hydrogel composed nanofibers formed by involved ester bond self-hydrolysis process, which high loading efficiency facilitates both hydrophobic hydrophilic YSV. Because dual inhibitory function YSV on histone deacetylase P-glycoprotein, improved combinational effect molecule against drug-resistant vitro achieved. Furthermore, designed exhibited enhanced antitumor favorable biocompatibility vivo when administered tail vein injection. Our study provides a new strategy fabricating resistance, might open up alternative avenue therapy.
