ABSTRACT
Random lasers (RLs) are convenient, tunable, and widely applicable. However, the influence of fluorescence lifetime on scattering nanofiber distribution nanofibers with various shapes silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) embedded within is unclear. We prepared poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) Ag NPs through electrospinning (ES) pyrromethene 597 dye doping. determined influences particles enhancement localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) in RLs. The distinct rates LSPR can be used to control optical properties for sensing devices other applications. Compared traditional films, threshold 35% lower. In addition improved matching between emission spectra, enhanced coupling electric field nonradiative energy amplifies radiative emission. Furthermore, luminescence shortened by increasing rate. An excessive rate may accelerate recombination convert some into produce a more sensitive device. Finally, we applied backlight display fabricated white-light-emitting diode (LED) thickness nanofibers. device suitable application LEDs RL devices.
