ABSTRACT
Lithium (Li) metal anode is a promising candidate for next-generation high capacity energy storage systems. Unfortunately, the uneven deposition/dissolution of Li hinders its wide applications. Herein, robust and deformable polymer electrolyte film as advanced protective layer on developed by simple tape-casting method, in which endows comfortable interfacial contact well membrane flexibility to adapt volume change, while coordination between salt provides fast Li+ ion diffusion channels. The modified anodes deliver stable cycling over 1000 cycles under current density 3 mA cm-2 ether-based electrolyte. enhanced performance at densities are mainly attributed plating occurred beneath ion-conducting layer, facilitates uniform distribution further suppresses dendrite growth. Accordingly, constructing onto facile low-cost methodology drive toward practical application.
