ABSTRACT
Intercorrelation of thermoelectric properties a doped conjugated semiconducting polymer (PIDF-BT) with charge carrier density, conductive morphology, and crystallinity are systematically investigated. Upon being F4-TCNQ by the sequential doping method, PIDF-BT exhibited high electrical conductivity over 210 S cm-1. The significant enhancement resulted from which is attributed to effective charge-transfer-based integer between dopant molecules. Based on systemic characterization optical, electrical, structural annealed at different temperatures, we investigated characteristic correlations films their four-probe conductivity, mobility obtained AC Hall effect measurements. This study revealed that exercising fine control migration can be strategic approach suppressing degradation Seebeck coefficient density ultimately maximizing power factors organic devices.
