ABSTRACT
Traditional Chinese medicine external prescriptions have displayed excellent clinical effects for treating deep soft tissue injuries. However, the cannot be fully utilized due to limitations of their dosage forms and usage methods. It is still a challenge develop satisfactory adjuvant traditional prescriptions. Herein, hydrogel was prepared based on gallic acid coupled ε-poly-l-lysine partially oxidized hyaluronic acid. The resulting shows great physicochemical properties, low hemolysis rate (still much less than 5% at 5 mg/mL), antibacterial ability (about 95% 2 strong antioxidant (1.687 ± 0.085 mmol FeSO4/(g hydrogel) 1 as well outstanding biocompatibility. A clinically used preparation selected an example investigate effectiveness in results show that prescription can evenly dispersed adjuvant. Moreover, introduction has not significantly changed these advanced properties Importantly, improves This work offers alternative approach development new-type preparations also provides new strategy combination treat diseases.
