ABSTRACT
The dysregulation of T cell differentiation was associated with cognitive impairment. Recently, the peripheric β-secretase (BACE1) has been suggested as a regulator differentiation, which increased in both impairment (CI) and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) CI patients. However, relationship between dysfunction remains unclear. To address this question, we measured subtypes BACE1 enzyme activity clinical cohort 5xFAD mice. We found that IFNγ+ Th1 Tc1 cells were T2DM-CI groups, worsening function. elevated IFNγ + also observed 8-month-old BACE1-mediated INSR cleavage cells. These findings demonstrate potential role CI.
