ABSTRACT
Inkjet printing (IJP) as an emerging technology is expected to achieve a new generation of printable, low-cost, large-area, and high-performance perovskite optoelectronic devices. However, the coffee ring effect generated during inkjet mutual solubility issues often lead poor crystallization uneven film thickness printed films, thus deteriorating device performance. This mini review introduces classification principles IJP printability ink then highlights several key strategies for achieving uniform high-quality films with printing. These consist developing stable formulations, improving substrate wettability, controlling droplet deposition, utilizing pre- or post-treatment techniques, so on. Finally, regarding forefront hotspots in current research fields, this summarizes application progress inkjet-printed perovskites fields solar cells, lighting display, photodetectors optical consisting anticounterfeiting down-conversion light-emitting diodes (LEDs) organic LEDs, looks forward bright future different types applications.
