ABSTRACT
Breath analysis using gas sensors is an emerging method for disease screening and diagnosis. Since it closely related to the lipid metabolism blood ketone concentration of body, detection acetone content in exhaled breath helpful monitoring diabetes ketosis. The development sensor with high selectivity, stability, low limit has been research focus this purpose. Here, we developed a mixed potential type based on Gd2Zr2O7 solid electrolyte CoSb2O6 sensing electrode. exhibits extremely 10 ppb, enabling linear wide range ppb–100 ppm. good results systematic evaluation repeatability, stability prove superior reliability sensor, which prerequisite application actual detection. ability distinguish healthy people from diabetic ketosis patients was confirmed by detect patients, proving feasibility diagnosis
