ABSTRACT
As a marker of malignant tumors, miRNA is closely related to the occurrence and metastasis tumors. How achieve rapid sensitive real-time detection important for clinical prevention treatment cancer. In this study, an intelligent platform based on smartphone image processing technology made point-of-care testing reality. This new smart approach could detect multiple targets simultaneously sensitively. Hydrogel microparticles different coding modes (shapes, numbers) were prepared by flow lithography miRNAs. After sandwich immunoassays, shapes hydrogels showed fluorescence intensities depending their targets. Images captured then analyzed recognition software installed smartphone. The concentration was obtained within 10 s. entire reaction process did not exceed 2 h. portable miRNAs reliable limit reached femtomole level. work provided demonstration intelligent, portable, tumor markers.
