ABSTRACT
Cellulose dissolution is a worldwide issue in the production industry. Especially, development of highly efficient and green cellulose solvents has been considered as key factor to restrict broad application different industries. In this study, chloride salts, such LiCl, ZnCl2, CaCl2, FeCl3, with water amounts were used investigate driving force dissolution. The superfast ZnCl2·3H2O FeCl3·6H2O was successfully achieved within 5–20 min, which confirmed by results polarized light microscopy. Moreover, effect pH salts on structural change ability investigated for better understanding role during process. mechanism provided compared other non-derivatizing solvents.
