ABSTRACT
The self-assembly behaviors and charge transport properties of cruciforms with anthracene as one axis were studied. By changing these cruciforms, the assembly morphologies single crystal micro/nanostructures transferred from dimension to three dimensions. This morphology transformation was controlled by intermolecular interactions which proved X-ray diffraction results presented a facile way synthesize different dimensional through molecular design. Field-effect transistors based on individual micro/nanostructure exhibited high performance. These suggested potential applications cruciform in organic electronics.
