ABSTRACT
Owing to the complexity of food matrices, process synthesis methodologies have not been as widely applied in industry chemical industry. Here, we describe application a methodology design system separate valuable components from byproduct soymilk production. The method yielded number potential processing pathways and relevant mechanistic questions, which required experimental input. combination considering overall on level general transformations, heuristics, additional insights through experiments resulted simplified conceptual for separation isoflavones okara with globally more sustainable choice. holistic approach within an implication is discussed.
