ABSTRACT
Photodynamic therapy (PDT) has been used to reduce cancerous and precancerous cells via reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation from photosensitizers. Numerous photosensitizers are available today treat a variety of diseases, but their therapeutic efficacy is hindered within the tumor microenvironment, there safety concerns associated with non-specific activation. In this work, we disclosed nano-therapeutic based on in situ activatable nitrobenzene–cysteine–copper(II) nano-complexes (NCCNs) that work cancer cells. Among NCCNs, CyP shows outstanding potential as promising candidate for programmed photodynamic its unique properties such (i) bright near-infrared imaging, (ii) chemodynamic effect, (iii) effect (types I II), (iv) anti-cancer by anti-angiogenesis early stage under light. Overall, opens up exciting possibilities development innovative effective treatments cancer, paving way future advancements clinical medicine field.
