ABSTRACT
The bottom-up construction of artificial cells is beneficial for understanding cell working mechanisms. glycolysis metabolism mimicry inside challenging. Herein, the glycolytic pathway (Entner-Doudoroff in archaea) reconstituted cells. comprising glucose dehydrogenase (GDH), gluconate dehydratase (GAD), and 2-keto-3-deoxygluconate aldolase (KDGA) converts molecules to pyruvate molecules. Inside cells, are further converted into alanine with help (AlaDH) build a metabolic synthesizing amino acid. On other hand, from stimulate living mitochondria produce ATP which trigger actin monomers polymerize form filaments. With addition methylcellulose cell, filaments adjacent inner lipid bilayer, deforming spherical shape spindle shape. spindle-shaped reverses by depolymerizing filament upon laser irradiation. its extension acids (or ATP) pave path functional more complicated pathways.
