ABSTRACT
Zeolites are typically synthesized in the presence of strong alkaline or fluoride species, which is not atom-economic for zeolite synthesis due to high solubility and species silica. One solutions this issue reduce silica synthesis, but it challenging. Herein, we show that nucleation growth zeolites can occur under near neutral conditions, giving an atom-economical with almost full utilization very low solubility. Compared conventional hydrothermal work both enhances yield reduces waste emissions, even water zero emission. Particularly, structural defects (terminal silanols) obviously lowered, thus thermal stabilities good performance Beckmann rearrangement.
