ABSTRACT
Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) have emerged as functional materials for various potential applications. However, the availability of three-dimensional (3D) COFs is still limited, and nearly all them exhibit neutral porous skeletons. Here we report a general strategy to design positively charged 3D ionic by incorporation cationic monomers in framework. The obtained are built 3-fold interpenetrated diamond net show impressive surface area CO2 uptakes. ion-exchange ability has been highlighted reversible removal nuclear waste model ions excellent size-selective capture anionic pollutants. This research thereby provides new perspective explore versatile type materials.
