ABSTRACT
The multi-attribute method (MAM) was conceived as a single assay to potentially replace multiple single-attribute assays that have long been used in process development and quality control (QC) for protein therapeutics. MAM is rooted traditional peptide mapping methods; it leverages mass spectrometry (MS) detection confident identification quantitation of many types attributes may be targeted monitoring. While has widely explored across the industry, yet gain strong foothold within QC laboratories replacement established orthogonal platforms. Members consortium recently undertook an interlaboratory study evaluate industry-wide status MAM. Here we present results this they pertain attribute analytics component MAM, including investigation into sources variability between comparison data methods. These are made available with eye toward aiding community further optimizing enable its more frequent use environment.
