ABSTRACT
Erythropoietin (EPO) is an attractive protein-unfolding/folding model because of its high degree unfolding and folding reversibility intermediate size. Due to function for regulating red blood cell production by stimulating late erythroid precursor cells, EPO presents obvious values biological research. A nonemissive anthracene derivative, that 9,10-bis[4-(3-sulfonatopropoxyl)-styryl]anthracene sodium salt (BSPSA), with aggregation-induced emission (AIE) charateristics shows a novel phenomenon AIE when added. The biosensor the limit detection 1 × 10–9 M. Utilizing feature BSPSA, process using guanidine hydrochloride monitored, which indicates three steps structures transform random coil. Computational modeling suggests BSPSA luminogens prefer docking in hydrophobic cavity structures, assembly this makes available, making monitoring possible.
