ABSTRACT
The micellization in dilute aqueous solution of Pluronic copolymers P123 (E21P67E21) and F127 (E98P67E98) mixtures the two was investigated using static dynamic light scattering. Gelation concentrated solutions their studied tube inversion oscillatory rheometry. comicellized to give micelles with narrow size distributions. Clouding temperatures critical micelle decreased as proportion mixture increased. Micelle association numbers mixed lay between values found for alone, whereas radii passed through maximum range 0-50 wt % P123. As judged by ratio thermodynamic hydrodynamic radius, interaction potential changes gradually from soft hard is Regions cubic hexagonal (birefringent) gel were defined solutions. high-temperature boundary 30 monotonically 90 43 degrees C increased 0 100 %, low-temperature essentially constant at 15 +/- 3 C. Increasing 25 concentration which first formed formed.
