ABSTRACT
A simple method for the fabrication of nanocomposite materials using thiol click chemistry is reported. The produced each displayed distinctive colors which were found to be dependent on both ligand used functionalize nanoparticles and concentration in materials. Functionalized metallic nanospheres combined with solutions forming viscous prepolymer then polymerized upon UV light exposure. Films fabricated a custom-built film mold, microfibers hydrodynamic focusing microfluidic channel. For this study, three unique thiolated ligands—including newly synthesized ligand—were nanospheres, thus assisting facile incorporation stability within polymers. In comparison previously reported thiol–ene films fabricated, herein reduces time from weeks minutes. Furthermore, report expanded also include thiol–yne nanocomposites. Young's moduli glass transition temperatures determined materials, while UV–vis spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, optical analyses performed order characterize
