ABSTRACT
This paper presents the rheology and morphology of immiscible polymer blends compatibilized by a reaction at interface. Nylon-6 was melt blended in twin screw extruder with several different grades maleated polypropylene 10 20 wt %. The extent interface is varied varying maleation affects phase differently volume fractions. reactive fit to Palierne theory infer values equilibrium interfacial tension. tension reduced proportion polypropylene. In more product, another mechanical property required low-frequency data well.
