Secoiridoid Glycosides from Gentiana scabra

Six new secoiridoid glycosides, gentiascabraside A (1), 6β-hydroxyswertiajaposide (2), 1-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-4-epiamplexine (3), and scabrans G3 (4), G4 (5), G5 (6), have been isolated from the rhizomes roots of Gentiana scabra together with a known compound, swertiajaposide (7). The structures compounds were determined by spectroscopic (NMR, MS) chemical means.
