ABSTRACT
The Minnesota Importance Questionnaire (MIQ), measuring work values, was administered to 23 monozygotic and 20 dizygotic reared-apart twin pairs test the hypothesis that genetic factors are associated with values. Both univariate multivariate analyses were performed. In analysis, intraclass correlations computed estimate proportion of variability in values for each MIQ scales 6 higher order value scales. analysis used maximum likelihood estimation separate environmental correlated Results from both indicated that, on average, 40% variance measured related factors.
