ABSTRACT
This study examined the role of negative affect and social sensitivity in relationship between gender conflict eating disorder symptomatology body dissatisfaction. Participants were 228 gay men who responded to an online survey. Findings revealed that combined effects mediated relationships Additionally, independently both significant mediators when measuring symptomatology. However, examining dissatisfaction, only served as a mediator. Results suggest importance addressing self-conceptions rejection among with dissatisfaction disturbances.
