ABSTRACT
Considerable evidence suggests that personality traits may be changeable, raising the possibility most linked to health problems can modified with intervention. A growing body of research problematic altered behavioral intervention using a bottom-up approach. That is, by targeting core behaviors underlie goal engendering new, healthier patterns behavior that, over time, become automatized and manifest in changes traits. Nevertheless, model for changing is somewhat diffuse requires clearer integration theory relevant interventions enable real clinical application.
