Since the industrial revolution, work and leisure have largely been considered opposing domains. A growing number of organizations, however, enable and/or promote blending activities into workplace. To address this problem, we provide comprehensive integration multiple literature streams where research has explored Further, develop tripartite dimensional framework designed to elucidate central dimensions (i.e., segmentation-integration, unstructured-structured, independent-interactive) undergirding phenomenon. Using as foundation, then discuss important contextual considerations future directions related (PsycInfo Database Record (c) 2022 APA, all rights reserved).
