ABSTRACT
Small ubiquitin-related modifier (SUMO) proteins are involved in the development of tumors. Ubiquitin-like modifier-activating enzyme 2 (UBA2) is an important member SUMO modification system; however, its role clear cell renal carcinoma (ccRCC) unclear. Therefore, we investigated expression and function UBA2 ccRCC. Both mRNA protein levels were found to be higher ccRCC than normal tissues significantly related tumor size, Fuhrman grade, stage. knockdown inhibited growth, promoted apoptosis vitro vivo, decreased abundance a p53 mutant, c-Myc, key enzymes system.
