ABSTRACT
Hepatocellular carcinoma harbors numerous genomic and epigenomic aberrations of DNA copy numbers methylation. Transcriptomic deregulation by these plays key driver roles in heterogeneous progression cancers. Here, we profile numbers, methylation, messenger RNA expression levels from 64 cases hepatocellular specimens. We find that the frequencies aberrancies copy-number-correlated (CNVcor) genes methylation-correlated (METcor) are co-regulated significantly. Multi-omics integration CNVcor METcor reveal three prognostic subtypes carcinoma, which can be validated an independent data. The most aggressive subtype expressing stemness has frequent BAP1 mutations, implying its pivotal role tumor progression. In conclusion, our integrative analysis regulation provides new insights on multi-layered pathobiology might helpful developing precision management for patients.Hepatocellular is known to harbour aberrations, driving transcriptomic deregulation. authors integrate genomic, epigenomic, data subtypes, providing insight carcinoma.
