ABSTRACT
Animal fetuses and embryos may have applications in the generation of human organs. Progenitor cells be an appropriate cell source for regenerative organs because their safety availability. However, derived from exogenous lineage progenitors developing animal not yet been obtained. Here, we established a combination system through which donor could precisely injected into nephrogenic zone native nephron progenitor (NPCs) eliminated time- tissue-specific manner. We successfully achieved removal Six2+ NPCs within niche complete replacement transplanted with cells. These developed mature glomeruli renal tubules, blood flow was observed following transplantation vivo. Furthermore, this artificial obtained using different species. Thus, technique enables vivo differentiation nephrons, providing insights nephrogenesis organ regeneration.
