ABSTRACT
Abstract Folliculogenesis is a complex biological process involving central oocyte and its surrounding somatic cells. Three-dimensional chromatin architecture an important transcription regulator; however, little known about dynamics role in transcriptional regulation of granulosa cells during chicken folliculogenesis. We investigate the transcriptomic over ten follicular stages assess how it influences gene expression at three key stages: prehierarchical small white follicles, first largest preovulatory postovulatory follicles. Our results demonstrate consistency between global reprogramming divergence folliculogenesis, providing ample evidence for compartmentalization rearrangement, variable organization topologically associating domains, rewiring long-range interaction promoter enhancers. These provide insights into avian reproductive biology foundational dataset future in-depth functional characterization
