Abstract The main strategy for response and control of COVID-19 demands the use rapid, accurate diagnostic tests aimed at first point health care. During emergency, an increase in asymptomatic symptomatic cases results a great demand molecular tests, which is promoting development application rapid technologies. In this study, we describe evaluation RT-LAMP to detect SARS-CoV-2 based on three genes ( ORF1ab , M N genes) monoplex triplex format. assays were compared with gold standard method RT-qPCR. format RdRp allowed obtaining comparable de RT-qPCR E genes), presented sensitivity 98.9% specificity 97.9%, opening opportunity apply primary health-care centers.
